Meet the artist, Eli Collins (aka 'boots.')
We were lucky enough to have him share his process with us...

His tools: Craft paper, pureed blueberries (which you can also have for breakfast, preferably before.)

Step one: Dump out your color of choice, get your hand in it and also your legs

Step two: Roll onto your tummy and get really serious about it...

Step three: Ask your mom not to bother you in the middle of your 'process'

The final product!!

So Eli made his first piece of 'art' today, hahaha. I've seen a few other moms out there in the blogosphere try this with pureed food, and thought it was such a neat idea. Eli had alot of fun making a mess, but let me warn you it was
messy and did require a quick rinse in the sink after-wards. But well worth it!!
no way!! I looove this - save this - frame it and hang it! do it once a year!
